Terms of service

Hazmeviral is a workspace for creators and brand operators that helps you run several social channels per brand. Each brand has its own brief, its own pillars, its own connected channels, and its own AI-assisted memory of every reel you have created and every metric you have collected. The AI uses that context to help you draft scripts, hooks, captions, SEO titles, hashtags, pinned comments, and visual hooks.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you use Hazmeviral on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Authentication is handled by Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe, for any activity under your account, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Notify us right away at the email below if you suspect unauthorized access.

AI features run against API keys you supply. You are responsible for choosing a provider, accepting their terms, paying their fees, and complying with their usage policies. We do not pay AI provider costs for you, and we do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of any AI output.

When you connect a social network (for example Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or X), you authorize us to perform the actions you request on that platform through their API (publish a reel, schedule a post, read metrics, etc.). Each platform has its own terms, community guidelines, and rate limits. You agree to follow them. We may pause or remove an integration without notice if a platform changes its rules or revokes our access.

You agree not to use the Service to:

You keep ownership of the brands, briefs, pillars, scripts, hooks, captions, videos, and other content you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant Hazmeviral a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and process Your Content solely so we can operate the Service for you, including sending the relevant context to the AI provider you have chosen.

You are responsible for Your Content. You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload and publish it, and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

The Service, including the website, the application, the brand, the design, and all underlying software, is owned by Hazmeviral and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you. You may not use the Hazmeviral name or logo without our written permission.

If you send us suggestions or ideas about the Service, we may use them without any obligation to you.

We may release features as previews, betas, or experiments. They may change or be discontinued at any time and are provided as-is, without warranties.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the settings, or by writing to us. We can suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms, if a third-party platform requires it, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would expose us or other users to legal or security risk. After termination, the data deletion section of our privacy policy applies.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate, lawful, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hazmeviral will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) one hundred US dollars.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hazmeviral and its team from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights or laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Hazmeviral is established, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, give you reasonable notice (such as an in-app banner or email). If you keep using the Service after the change takes effect, you accept the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Hazmeviral regarding the Service.
